I havnt come across being able to download it. But using something like camtaisa you can record it.

This website has all the soccer vids and commercials in Hi-Res and you can dl it n save it to your hdd too which is to sweet.......
its got all the original full versions of the joga bonito vids, NIKE, ADIDAS commercials.....
