hmm... killzone 2 vs halo 3... Sony vs MS... PS3 vs X360
i think Sony has made an extremely impressive showing, while MS did not really communicate anything really new.
Sony shut up the doubters. MS just fed on believers (or should I call them sponsors)?
$499 all-in vs. $399 (no blu-ray, no wifi, no exchangeable hdd, no card readers, no bt, no hdmi 1.3...) + $50 a year?!
who the hell remains foolish enough to buy into the second?!

Ahh, the great Brains returns, lol...I was wondering if you'd forgotten the URL... :D
I already have an HD DVD player, and about the only thing impressive about the PS3 to me at any rate is the selection of Blu Ray discs available...To be fair though, I haven't seen anything on either system that makes me feel I'd be entirely happy w/one and not the other...
Lots of issues w/the XBox from what I've read, and even though they have great support, that's kinda scary...But I swapped in my fair share of PS2's, so again...No next gen system is worth the price tag IMHO..

and with the unit now costing only $20 more than MS's premium offering (which does not have all the functionality PS3 does and where you pay $50/y live), I think Sony has a VERY attractive product now.
btw: none of the rings of death issues with Sony. reports on malfunctioning PS3's are the exception.
