An easier way to convert .zno files to .pdf?

I have accumulated quite a few Playboy mags from Zinio (yes I bought them), but it's a bloody chore to make individual screenshots of each page (SnagIt works!) as in order to get a clear view, you have to zoom in (which is good!) but then stitch together the pieces to make each page (which is tedious), and then use an application that puts them altogether as a .pdf eBook.
Anyone know of something that can directly convert the files rather than this current procedure that is synonymous with bootlegging a movie at the cinema by filming the screen with a cheap video camera?
