Isn't osteoporosis when your bones weaken & shrink from not getting enough calcium or poor nutrition? Why would that be a problem for someone who's extremely flexible?

Osteoporosis also has to do with overuse of the spine and bending it in unnatural directions - like someone who is double jointed. The affects of it are the weakening and shrinking of your bones but there is a cause for it also (well in most cases)
