Boy, 12, kills man who attacked his mom
HYATTSVILLE, Md. - A 12-year-old boy fatally slashed a man who was attacking his mother at the boarding house where they lived, authorities said.
Salomon Noubissie, 64, died at a hospital after he was slashed across the neck Monday night in the home in the Landover area.
Cpl. Diane Richardson, a spokeswoman for Prince George's County police, said Wednesday that authorities hadn't decided whether the boy would be charged with anything. They were reviewing the case with the state's attorney's office.
The boy said he had been playing a video game Monday night when he heard his mother, Cheryl Stamp, scream. He found her on the kitchen floor, straddled by a fellow resident who was choking her.
"I kept saying, 'Stop! Stop! Stop!'" the boy told The Washington Post, which published his account without giving his name. "But he just ignored me. He didn't stop. He just kept hurting her."
The boy said he took a knife and swung at the man. Police say they found Noubissie with a knife wound to the upper body.
Stamp said she didn't fully realize at first what her son had done. "He didn't say anything," she said. "But I knew when I looked in his eyes. I said, 'Oh, Lord.' "
Rarely is a 12-year-old implicated in a homicide, and even less often does a child that age kill someone to protect his mother.
"In Maryland, there can be a legitimate defense of third parties in the event of a violent attack," State's Attorney Glenn F. Ivey told the newspaper. "That is a possibility in this case."
Stamp said she and Noubissie, a Cameroonian immigrant, had moved into the boarding house within days of each other three months ago and had become friends. Stamp said Noubissie had told her he was studying to be a psychiatrist.
But on Monday night, she said, he was acting differently. He started to yell at her and grab her hair.
"He threw me down and started choking me. I think that's when my son came in. ... He protected me," she said.
Noubissie was combative with officers when they arrived, even as he was bleeding heavily, she said.
The boy said he was not happy with what happened but felt he had no choice.
"I told God that I had stabbed him because he was killing my mother. I know he understands, and I think he will keep us safe now."

That kid has the balls to man up and protect his mom... just hope that they don't charge him.

Wow what a tough case. It is wrong for that guy to have lost his life.............but losing his Mom would have been bad too.
Good Job for protecting his Mom - I agree though. I hope they don't charge the poor kid.

OR, was the mother and her new "friend" having sex on the kitchen floor when the kid interrupted and, in a fit of jealousy,
slashed the man who was usurping his place riding the illicit incest beast from hell ?!?!
What mother wouldn't make up a false story to cover up a little mess like that?
Especially with her lover dead and the spawn of Satan son calmly eyeing her.
The telltale giveaway is in the mother's own words:
"But I knew when I looked in his eyes. I said, 'Oh, Lord.' "
In a phrase familiar to fans of Hitchcock's 'Psycho', the little schemer slyly said:
"I told God that I had stabbed him because he was killing my mother.
I know he understands, and I think he will keep us safe now."
Lock up the little bastard before he kills again!

You never bother to read much, do you?
No picture, and you can't really comprehend, so you just pose conjecture. Conjecture developed from Psycho, no less. Funny thing is, "Psycho" is very little like the story of Ed Gein, who is the real life inspiration for Norman Bates.
1. The mother and child lived in a boarding house, owned the nephew of the Cameroonian immigrant. This 64 year old man says he is "studying psychiatry." WARNING>>>>
2. He was in a foul mood that day. So the mom told him to go cool off.
3. he throws her around a bit, chokes her and is ranting in French. (said "immigrant" being a French African muslim, by name and nationality, and coming from somewhere where women have no domestic rights.)
4. kid comes in room, doesn't get a response from this dude attacking his mom, and slashes him.
5. Immigrant is combative with police and medical personnel. Still ranting.
6. Immigrant dies in hospital.
Other facts,
the 12 year old witnessed his father's suicide. The family is living on the "widow fund" of the dead father.
The immigrant was NOT studying to be a psychologist like he had claimed. not at 64.
even if the dude was seeing his mom, the police confirmed she was assaulted, and her story of being thrown up against the door and him choking her passed their examination.
teh internets is bigger than one page... :disappoint:

I was thinking little Michael Myers myself, lol...
Regardless of the situation, it's hard for me to feel sorry for a man who puts his hands on a woman...

oot, what I don't get is how is it you've been here for a couple of days and already figure you have us, many of who have been here for years, figured out..?
Without posting a picture, can you explain how you figure raum is Pompous, Pedantic, and a bit of a Prick"..? I mean, I'm all for voicing your opinion, no matter how different is is from my own, but when you think its cool to start labeling people, we will come to an all too familiar road...
I don't think you know raum well enough to talk shit about him, so about about we just draw the line right there...You can talk all the stuff you want about America in general, but when you feel its OK to start talking about AF and its members, I wouldn't be the last to tell you to raise up out of here...We're glad to have you, sure...But if your being here is gonna be problematic..? Not worth it...
If you don't know how to discuss w/o attacking, you're definitely in the wrong place...We've had some battles in here, but its doubtful you're ready to take it to that level, you haven't been here long enough...
So far, all I can tell is that when someone tries to hold you to what you say, you quip, post a picture (which is odd, cause you talk about things being 'tiresome' in every post, wonder that isn't old to you) and duck out...
You've quickly built a reputation that I don't feel is very becoming...And if you're not here to leave a favorable impression, then I ask you again as it was asked in another thread, 'why are you here...?'

Am I pompous because I don't attach a img to my quips?
I'm a prick, and yet you are the one quick to judge this kid, without looking at facts that took but a moment to find? Even conjecturing incestual desire is a factor. You also jumped to conclusions about the other post regarding the Mexican kids who mugged someone, and could only defend yourself, instead of credit someone else who bothered to um, READ AN ARTICLE before giving an opinion on it. If wanting the facts is pedantic, color me accordingly.
As for your "icon", he has no influence on me. I had to google him to even see who he is. Compare me to him, I don't know enough to refute and am far more emeshed in a study of harmonics than politics. But I see he did play the Harpsichord, and favored Bach, so maybe I could have learned something from him. But I think the people here know enough that, if you are trying to veil a accusation that I am an intellectual facist with bigotry on the brain, you got a lot of work to do.
Otherwise, I think you are fighting a shadow, cause you ain't aimed anywhere NEAR my direction. Don't take me using the word Conservative to mean I am anywhere near the right. Read the federalist papers and get back to me.
I am not a media puppet. not by a long shot.
It is really tiresome.
It reminds me of someone...

Hi Übermensch -- When I originally came here (as soon as you gave me the access to more sections) I scanned through several forum sections, going back many pages to get a "feel" for the place before starting posting.
You ask for my reasons for calling raum pompous etc. Here it is:
Pompous: exhibiting self importance, full of high-sounding phrases.
1. Regarding a comment that average sex for humans is 3 to 13 minutes. Other members have fun with the thread, make light-hearted funny comments.
raum sez: "you're not doing it right. *tantra* rushed ejaculation does little for the soul. gumbo is not fast food. sex is an essence that occurs not an action performed."
Sure sounds self important to me, or at least very serious and boring.
2. raum seems to like to use the putdown , as when he said of me: "You never bother to read much, do you? No picture, and you can't really comprehend".
This is a characteristic of pomposity.
Pedantic: often tiresome focus on or display of learning and especially its trivial aspects.
1. post #210238.
2. Check out his posts in Vertical University. Longinus the Spearman, The Pentagram.
These are the very definition of "pedantic".
Prick: vulgar slang for a rude person. It is considered to be the male version of "bitch".
1. These are the very first words that raum directed at me:
"You better come a little more educated before you come here against the Confederacy."
"and your little litany about the south is not only stupid, but ignorant."
"you seem ignorant in general, oot."
2. These are from the second post raum fired at me:
"you are just blathering off about any and every beef you can come up with about America, and can't be bothered to make sense or have respect."
3. (a). Buffmaster posted an article about recession without mentioning who or where the article came from. This can be important if someone else wants to check up on it and do a little more research.
(b). So I say: "Ooooops! Buffmaster forget to credit this crap to the Fox "News" Opinion Page writer John Lott."
(c). Then I criticise the article and Fox News--I say nothing more about Buffmaster.
(d). Buffmaster attacks me: "Go fuck yourself, your nothing more than a East coast commie/Socialist pig claimimg that Obama will lead our country to the promise land."
(e). I respond to the attack with humour: "I thought it was quite clear that I am a Canadian Commie Socialist Pinko IslamoFascist WelfareBum FaggotyHomo Liberal Progressive."
I substituted "Canadian" for East coast" -- a clever and funny response.
(f). I present the "Fuck the South" comments and give the URL for the USA-based website it comes from. I am defending all the East coast Americans that Buffmaster has just slandered and mistakenly lumped me in with.
(g). raum at this point says my comments are "not only stupid, but ignorant". He also makes the attack personal with "you seem ignorant in general, oot."
(h). I retort with more hilariously clever graphics. That "Dixie Fucktards" one is a classic! :laff:
(i). raum starts to rant: "why did you thread jack every post to be about your anthill of problems", and then he really starts the "bitch" (or should I say the "prick") session: "You insult..... blah, blah, blah..." -- real looneytoons paranoid blather about slavery in Canada (???), posting Russian articles (so?), and inferring that because New France executed a black slave in 1734 (Marie-Joseph-Angelique) then Canadians cannot criticize the hundreds of years of cruelty toward millions of slaves in the good ol' Confederacy.
Then raum calls me a "connasse", mistakenly using the wrong noun gender (it means "cunt" if you say it to a woman in France). At least he should get the swear words right -- Hostie Toi, mon tabarnac!
-------------------------------------------------
You said: "oot, are you familiar with the term 'Sonned'..?"
Does it have something to do with an obese old blowhard rooster blustering at a clever young hawk in a Warner Brothers cartoon? ;)

OK, thanks for the reply...Now we're getting somewhere...
ootpoot wrote:2. raum seems to like to use the putdown
Again, can you
reeally say this in a couple of days..? Exactly how many other threads not involving yourself have you read in which raum seems to put people down..? How do you know what he said isn't in jest, and related to some other thread we had here long ago..? I think I can say fairly that you don't, yet you already leveled insults his way...
Look, I feel as if I have to earn the respect of every person here...It's my goal and ideal that if you've got 10 minutes or 1 hour to piss off online, you do it here...But again, these guys and what makes this place unique is something I'd hope you choose to not only explore, but possibly admire and become a part of...There's so much that you know already, but so much more that you do not...
I'm just saying man, give it a shot...We want to know who you are, learn to see your POV's and understand your dispositions...You leveled a criticism @ Buff, for posting an article...Buff has over 2,000 posts here...We respect him, and I feel you should too...
As for raum, let me just say, the thing to do is not resort to leveling out insults and risk offending everyone here who respects him and knows him...raum isn't my 'forum buddy' he's a 'I drove all the way across the country to have a burger and meet him' buddy...You can make talking politics here edgy and enjoyable without having to call or insinuate something derogatory toward the others, yeah..?
