wii will get you fit!

lost 2 lbs with wii-fit already, and had fun doing it!
That's the real review.
As an office jockey, with long hours and little breaks, I totally dig this. I don't play it much, just about 1.5 hours a day, but I have fun doing it, and even repetitive exercises have a bit of skill and challenge. And if you are like me, getting on a piece of equipment has to stimulate the mind as well as the body.
BUT I hear what is the big deal with it. Why not just exercise? The key is BALANCE!
It coordinates your balance to the most accurate degree, and that is a BIG key to health.
Also, you can not lie to this scale. If you are doing push-ups you use your dominant arm more... this REGISTERS it, and tells you. If you are doing lunges and favoring your strong leg, it sets you straight. and there is a bunch of stuff to do on the disk that comes with it.
It costs 90 dollars, but consider:
1 50 dollar game (standard for the current consoles)
1 40 dollar controller (standard as well)
and the REAL games for this are gonna rock. BTW the balance board is bluetooth as well, so with glovepie, you can use it with a bluetooth enables computer. I am sure this will be used in other games to good effect.
