Hmmm very instructional! And you may not have noticed because it was so educational but the woman in the video was quite fetching as well. Really...watch it again and you may notice...ahem...

Yes! Ahem... VERY instructional. Take note everyone on the importance of stretching to good health. Also note how the capacity of her top is stretched to its limit! LOL
