One of those VU topics I've been mulling over the past few weeks, and I'm not really sure that I have an answer...I'd like each of you to consider the question, and answer it as you see fit...I'll wait a couple of days/responses before I offer my own thoughts to give everyone time to answer...

Think about it..!

literally?
Natural forces: Water or gravity.... but I might give gravity the edge since without it, water looses it's force...

Unleashed by man: Atomic

Esoterically?
The human WILL (or spirit) brought to focus on a single problem or challenge

Out of all of these? I'll go with the esoteric answer.... our Will be done

At this jucture, I'm just gonna concede to say water. It has such a lasting impact, and if concentrated right, enough tremendous force to engulf an entire landmass or country. Over time, it can carve canyons, and in practical purposes, can even be technologically-engineered as one of the most powerful drill-cutting tools to be employed.

Plus, it's right abundant, so if shit were to go down and fast, I'd pray against all else to not let it be a tidal boar or tsunami that wipes us out in an instant.

Electromagnetism can be quite powerful if utilized and compounded properly, but it hardly poses itself as a powerful force in our natural environment around us, other than the whole internal combustion rolling megaton cauldron of molten iron ore in the core that sustains our Earth's cosmic electromagnetic field and produces the constant yet belying force of gravity that engulfs us. It's powerful stuff, but at the same time, it's weak enough that a tennis ball or a giddy toddler can overcome regularly (but for no more than a moment).

lmao some of the responses in this thread have cracked me the hell up!

I just feel like the right answer to this question is the human spirit/mind/will when focused and joined with other men..... but while I know there are no right answers...I'm still having a hard time really figuring out why that's the answer I'm going with.

As humans we've shaped the focus of our societies and histories around whatever it is we desire and will to happen. Whether or not the things that humans have willed came about on their own or as part of a group they inhabited (the church, villages, other groups)...people do just about anything to get what they want, and when that desire is magnified on a scale of not just a new pair of shoes or $100, but extends to things like justice and truth...the will is a powerful, powerful thing.
