at Sunset, go out to the West. close your eyes, and say "Let their be Light" (ihi Aur) and know, that you celebrate the provision of the light of the world, and the distinction of darkness!!! meditate on that. The next sunrise of the following day is sacred. be mindful that as you undo and recreate yourself in meditation, you infuse your life with the events and treasures the world reveals to you for the next year.
