LMFAO..!!!!

Asshole...

I suppose that you are talking about a "The Day After Tomorrow" type of scenario...Well I don't think that is on our list of super disasters, I'm expecting the Super Volcano you're living on to erupt first... /:D" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt=":D" />

When it's 39 degrees in mid-October in Florida, I say we're already in the middle of one!!!

If it helps warm the place up, maybe...

The last one was 18,000 years ago, since then it has been warming up. There was a "little ice age" around the middle ages or soon after, I think the Thames was known to freeze and people would skate on its ice.
The Quaternary Period is in/famous for its haphazard cycles of changing weather patterns, ultimately related to particular astronomical cycles. I cannot remember what they are called, but one is the one that happens every 400,000, then 100,000, then 10,000, sorry I don't remember the exact time frames, but it's something like that. I apologise for the vague explanation.

We're still in the Quaternary, so I don't think we are overdue for the next glacial period, but maybe a little late. Global warming has been happening all along, it's just that pollution made it a little faster.
