The oldest church in the entire American Nation is the Bensalem Presbatyerian Church, that I pass every day (and might have to go there one weekend, for the experience). The society of Friends is the oldest religion.

Grwden Mansion, where Ben Franklin flew the kite with the key is less than two minutes from my front door.

but you can't legally sell sealed bottles of beer and whole bottles of hard liquor under the same roof???

we still have places that hold full and formal hgh tea (wigs are optional)

what's in your neighborhood?

Probably our lake, Lake Cumberland. It's actually in 3 or 4 different counties but we are the largest town on it.

QUOTEOne of the largest, man-made lakes in the Nation, was formed in the 1940†™ ¢‚¬„¢¢‚¬Å¡‚¢†™‚¢‚¢¢¢‚¬Å¡‚¬¦‚¡¢‚¬Å¡‚¬†™‚¢‚¢¢¢‚¬Å¡‚¬¦‚¾¢‚¬Å¡‚¢s by damming a large section of the Cumberland River. Today, the 1255 miles of Lake Cumberland shoreline supports over 63,000 acres of water. Throughout the years, it has become a favorite vacation destination for many.

^^^ Been there when I lived in Louisville. It's beautiful! Even went fishing there with a friend. Didn't catch a thing, but we polished off a couple of 6-packs, so the day wasn't totally wasted - just us! LOL

Yeah it is beautiful. I had some more pics but couldn't find them. It's always fun to fish and drink on it though. /:D" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt=":D" />
