Very very easy win for the doctor...I'll go for Dr. Dre, anytime...I don't think any producer can achieve what Dr. Dre has done in his lifetime. C'mon guys, he's the producer who's ever won a grammy for "Producer of the Year"...It's Dr. Dre who made beats for biggest singles of artists such as 50 Cent (In Da Club), The Game (How We Do), he's also done like almost everything for Eminem in his lifetime...
Once again, easy win for Dr. Dre...

Dre is good, and his place in hip hop will never be disputed...
But...Pharell...Is a fucking genius homez...He's the people cats go to for a hit...Everyone he produces for has at least one song on their album worth listening to...

key words: "these days"
Dre gets it for "all time" no doubt.

I don't see hte point of the picture, that's him when he was young, so do you have a problem with it..? Well, there was a time you were 17 as well, and right now (Mr. Ayhja), you're 28.
Umm, you mentioned that at least one song is worth listening to in every Pharell's produced album, but in Dre's case, ALL the songs are worth listening to...

I must be listening to the wrong Dr. Dre...
How many of his WCWC albums do you have, Habib..?
Dude...Dr. Dre has 2 albums...The Chronic and The Chronic 2001...His status as all time greatest...That's like comparing Joe Lewis to Mike Tyson...He has been in the game longer than anyone else...And paved the way...He is a pioneer...I mean, I don't care who your pastor is, he will never be Martin Luther King...So, in that context, yes, Dre is the best...He is the trendsetter and an incon in the idustry...But, lets not act like everthing he touches is gold...
Name 2 songs that were good on that album he produced the minute he left Death Row...The first one on Aftermath...That huge flop w/Foxy, AZ, and NaS...Right...
Dre is not either able or willing to compete with these young cats...He hasn't dropped an album in 5 years...Pharell is putting out great and consistent work for himself, and at least 5 other artists that have all spent time atop the charts...He has commerical and underground appeal...
Name the last 3 Dr. Dre songs you heard on the radio...

DJ Premiere gets my vote and always will... when it comes to pure hip-hop production there is no question... the new cats have put themselves into a different category which really isn't pure hip-hop... they'll make a hot joint for someone but that someone won't have any real lyrical skill.... when i think of HIP-HOP it's a wonderful collaboration of a dope ass beat and dope ass rhymes....
