Jihad means basically "Holy Campaign of War waged by Muslims (according the edicts of Islam)"
The Al Qaeda (and many other Militant Muslims) use the term Jihad to describe their war against the Western World, as a sign that it is the Will of Allah that they attack.
Jihad Mohammed sounds more like a war cry of a suicide bomber than the name of a basketball player. get it?
