Jerry Jones is a pretty tough owner. I don't think he'll take any crap from TO. Hopefully this will straighten him out.
Who is Dallas's QB?

There is no question that T.O. is a great talent, but is he worth all of the baggage he brings? If you were a
general manager, would you want him on your team?

Also, how did Keshawn Johnson do with the Cowboys this year? (I think he's more of a team player than
the media gives him credit for)

Sheldon Brown said it perfectly on 96.5 in the morning. (me paraphrasing form months ago)

"TO is a good guy, like all us good guys. His issue is he is still new, still fresh, and he don't realize yet. We are not paid to win. We don't win because we get money. We are paid to practice until we are good enough to win. Going to practice is going to work. And we win when we do our job well enough to bring our best to the game. And we do our job well because we love our work. An exceptional athelete loves to play, and TO is an exceptional athelete. But a football player is more than an exceptional athelete, and you can't be a good football player if you don't love to practice."
