Download Manager..?

With the new section, it may be wise to have a nifty download manager on hand...

I personally use Reget Deluxe...It has automated downloads, can import links from text files, does password sites, history, has traffic limitations, etc...Pretty much does eveything...And I'm a guy that downloads (checks meter) about 400 MB every thirty minutes, LoL...

I'd be more than happy to teach peeps that don't have a download manager, to use and flex the one that I have to help you get your shits as quickly as possible...

Or, you can share w/others the download manager you use...

Shit, I was supposed to write a tutorial... ...I'll get it done...

In the meantime download Reget, play around w/it a bit so everything won't look so Greek when I do the Tut...It's pretty clear cut, just pick where you want to save the files, and let it rock on...

http://www.reget.com/dl/regetdx.exe

To intergate w/Firefox, just install this extension: http://www.flashgot.net/getit

Tomorrow, I'll get a tut together covering the basics, and we can get a Q and A session going....But a DM makes life much easier, especially with the way things are going around here, shit, I haven't stopped downloading since the new section was created...!

Freedownload Manager is what I use. It also integrates with firefox via FLashGet, supports resuming, bandwith throttling, multi-thread, site exploring, password management, scheduled downloads, automatic download sorting to different directories based on file extension, etc etc.
