Man this is a major crack-up!
Has anyone actually celebrated this 'holiday'?
(for some reason it wouldn't work properly when I put it in the Web tags)

I usually respond to greetings of Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays with a "Happy Festivus" or "Merry Kwanza" for no other reason that to elicit an odd look or make people think twice about the fact that not EVERYone celebrates Christmas. Also, since I am a devout agnostic, this gives me something to look forward to at this miserable time of year.

My dad loves Seinfeld, and almost bought an aluminum pole until I convinced him otherwise, lol. It's a pretty clever holiday idea. Too bad I'm already devoted to celebrating Selfistica- the blissful holiday which can be celebrated at any time by buying oneself a multitude of gifts.
