well .. if you're gonna do unix then just get open source linux and not have to pay anything .. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
I hate paying for stuff .. straight out. I don't like it, but I will pay for things I acutally like .. games for example .. if there is a game I really enjoy and have "evaluated" then I'll probably end up buying it. Microsoft has just really killed it for me because of all the checks and "Windows Genuine Advantage" and activation crap

Thanks to VMware (I'm using it at the moment instead of dual-booting ), we can run WindowsXP on Linux, on the new Intel Mac..:

QUOTE(deepdiver32073)LOL... I know. I read that "poem" and just groaned. Not only is the rhyme bad, but the scanning of teh 3rd and 4th lines are off for a true limerick. Sigh...
it does sound odd unless you pronounce pirate as "pie-RATE", then it will rhyme like "gr-ATE" (great).

Laff @ w.a.i.
that reminds me of the time I used a remote desktop connection from work to log into my PC (kanotix 64) at home so I could VPN to the computer sitting next to me.
