awww,... poor PETA can't have road signs for the iddle piggies dat got hurted dead in the road.

PETA wanted the signs to say: "99 pigs died here because of driver negligence" and "Please drive with caution. PETA."

This group (PETA) is so fucked up. You start with a decent, feel-good premise: treat animals with decency, and carry it to an illogical extreme: animals are more important than humans.

Don't get me wrong! I love animals. I have pets. I try to avoid running over any animal in the road (short of wrecking my or anyone elses car). I've rescued abandoned and/or orphaned animal babies.

But yet, I eat meat. I hunt. I fish. I like the taste of rare steak dripping with bloody juices right off the grill. I enjoy the feel of a fish at the end of my line. I enjoy the satisfaction of "one shot - one kill". And yes, I eat what I kill.

So I will warn PETA. Don't make me turn into a cannibal!

They should have the sign say "Tons of really good bacon was made here"
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Soren Kierkegaard

That's just bloody ridiculous!

I reckon that most of these hippies- are just people who hate human existence. EVERYTHING impacts on EVERYTHING in the world, in some way. But these ludicrous cronies think that people are just a pest to the world and should pack up and go....

Even if they had higher-brain power etc., would the pigs put up notices for people who died in car crashes? I think they are smart enough to not be so damn stupid.

Like Bruce, I love animals but also enjoy eating meat. I freaked out when I once hit an animal on the road, I thought I was a total mongrel murderer- then when I found out it was a rat I was reassured (I hate the bastards!) I also cruelly kill cane toads, because they are a pest to native animals- invade their habitats and take over, cause deaths to animals when they are eaten, and cause havoc everywhere. And apart from flies & mozzies and sandlies, I generally love all living creatures.

But I live for my meat. I can't get enough of it! And, I also love a girl who likes her steak /:D" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt=":D" />
(such a pity that so many hot chicks are vegetarians.......)

You smoke beef, not ham. Smoked ham tastes like crap.
