T.V.

Post by Lost Ghost »

So...I've been told on a number occassions that I just watch too much T.V......as far as my "must-see shows" have reached a high number..

So...for those who have time in their day to catch a couple shows a week....what are the ones that you'd like to not go without.

For me.....It's the Apprentice..American Idol (shut up)..House..The Office...E.R....the Contender when it comes back on...

and I like to watch Around the Horn and PTI everyday....and I always like catching me a basketball game or two (preferably college hoops) and some Jamie Foxx, Martin, or Fresh Prince.

and although that list seems way too long......thats about all I watch.....if any of that isnt on...my T.V. is off... except in the morning before school I got sportscenter on.....but I'm not payin attenion half the time.

So...what do you guys like to watch every week?

Right now I've been real busy with university (story on that comin' up later sometime), so I just forget about television, wierd, since at other times I can't get it off my brain.

However, I always make sure to catch Mythbusters, Spicks & Specks , & The Iron Chef (proper Japanese version).

When they were on, I also made sure to catch Pizza & John Safran VS God, & John Safran's Music Jamboree.

i thought this was going to be a thread on transvestites......imagine my dissappointment

as long as I am here though, i would consider Entorage, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The West Wing, and Lost as my show I must see each week.

Mostly, I watch Animation, usually on DVD.

Shows I watch semi-regularly, none religiously. Usually, I am half-watching while I am writing or reading or surfing.

American Idol - American Reality TV Contest for Music Career - (Encouraging my girl to evenutally try)
Big Love - HBO - The Story of a Polygamous Family emulating the now-corrupt commune they come from.
Sopranos - HBO - This show is FAR more interesting after moving to New Jersey. know your future in-laws /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
Charmed - My girl loves this show, all 8 seasons. I can watch it with her, and sometimes its interesting.
Gray's Anatomy - Loved the "Code Black" episodes. Some elements of this show can be annoying.
Desperate houswives - one of the most clever shows on the NBC lineup. NOW, it is becoming VERY compelling.
Adult Swim - Cartoon Network - Actually adult swim anything most often gets my tv time.

But my TV is an anime monitor almost every night.

I dont' have time to watch much TV. When I do tho, I like to watch The Apprentice, Numb3rs, The Unit, American Idol, and Sportscenter. Of course reruns of Fresh Prince are awesome but I dont' have much time usually....
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"
