If you don't consider it a sport......forget it....I only really posted it here, cause this section gets more play for me than any other....so here we go


What do you guys think of it? I know the game's been around longer than man exsisted...but the sudden increase in popularity...TV coverage...and the average amount of people playing it can't be ignored. I really enjoy playing it...I've been getting games in friday and saturday both the past couple weekends....so my skills are on point....I'm actually leaving right now to go play.......Fuck having a job ...my average income in 3 hours work is like $40-$70 depending on the amount of people playing.......

Anybody got any past experiences or opinions on it in general they'd like to share?

I'm starting to get into it. I don't play it that often, though. I usually only play when I go down to my brother's in Windsor. So far I'm undefeated. lol

I catch it on TV occasionally, too. Celebrity Poker is boring, though. Too much checking.

I vaguely know how to play...I'm not sure what the most popular game is these days (Texas Hold Em?) but I know which hands win, and the order in which they do...I wish there was an online site which I could hop on to familiarize myself with while I clean out you chaps Paypal accounts...

there are only a million poker sites to go to lol.....play money too, so you wont feel guilty if you're too good...

PokerStars. com is where I'm at...but theres literally like hundreds more....

I just went back to pokerstars....I didn't like pokerroom as much.....I actually just won a 45 person tourney...tons of play chips!
