I thought that too when I read the topic of the thread

Achille's mum dipped him into the River Styx, so he would be protected from physical harm in warfare. But she held him by his heel, and so that part didn't get protected (why didn't she just chuck him in?).
Achilles was a heroic & successful warrior, but one day he got killed, by an arrow that was shot into his heel!
