Add 30 minutes of Calisthenics to your regime...Do it everyday, in some variation...

You won't get there just lifting, in fact, not every great player lifts weights...I wouldn't recommend working out with weights more than 3 days a week, doing calisthenics everyday will help you out in the long run...In sports, especially those like football, you will find that strength is abundant...The problem, is stamina...

It is like boxing...Everybody in shape, isn't in boxing shape...The avergage very in shape football player could probably not go 4 rounds...Calisthenics help you sustain pure muscle mass, and initiate growth...If you work out all the time, you will get mucle, but may not get better/stronger...

And before you ask, Calisthenics are simple exercises that you should be doing anyway to wark up for lift sessions...Stretching properly (bending not breaking) , relaxing your body, building focus...Preparing mentally is the most important thing, size and strength can only get you so far...

If I had to rank: Mentality > Agility > Stamina > Power
