Feds suspend official facing child sex charges

WASHINGTON (CNN)-- A press aide at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security was suspended without pay one day after being arrested on charges connected with using a computer to try to seduce a child, the department said Wednesday.
Brian J. Doyle, a deputy press secretary, was placed on administrative leave without pay, according to a DHS statement. His security clearance, employee badge and facility access permissions also have been suspended, according to the statement.
Doyle, 55, was arrested Tuesday night at his Maryland home, suspected of striking up sexually explicit conversations with a detective posing as a 14-year-old girl, authorities said. He faces seven counts of use of a computer to seduce a child and 16 counts of transmission of harmful material to a minor, according to the Polk County, Florida, Sheriff's Office.(continues...)

Gotta love this guy. His cojones must be the size of basketballs! Who better than an employee of DHS to know about Internet stings, FBI agents posing as young girls, etc?!? He must have been letting the "little brain" work overtime while the one that SHOULD have been working went on a sex vacation. GEEZE!!!!

It's a bit scary to think there is enough work for the FBI to have a whole department assigned to this stuff. Way to go genious!
