I was curious to see how this turned out as I learned to talk in Alabama, lost my accent in Chicago, and lived in the Western US for a number of years. I live in Texas now and have been told on several occasions that I sound Canadian. Pretty weird, eh? (actually I don't say "eh" and don't think I sound canadian at all...)
