File from hell
Ok, when I do a Norton scan I get this file: C:WINDOWSDownloaded Program FilesWebP2PInstaller.dll. I tell Norton to delete it, but it doesn't work. Well, I went into to safe mode today and tried to delete it, same thing. The interesting thing is whenever I try to do a search for this file, nothing ever comes up.

Have you tried making a boot floppy or something similar, and via DOS doing a
CODE
c:
cd "WINDOWSDownloaded Program Files"
del WebP2PInstaller.dll
?
Windows has IE in the very core, so it'd make it hard to remove, even in safe mode (IE build into explorer, ergo IE is in the damn GUI)

I had a similar problem when I got a virus through KaZaA Lite- and used IE at the time..........
Norton happened to help me quite well in successfully removing the horrid pustule.

IT BURNS MY EYES..! ARGH..! THAT WORD
Man, its a piece of shit. WAY too many false-positives, updates are a pain, some don't even work correctly, too many incompatabilities, viruses target it to turn it off, and it costs money (unless you do what i do and crack programs.. huh? I didn't say anything, go away)

Well, what would you suggest? Aside from Norton I have SpywareBlaster, SpyBot S&D and Ad-Aware SE Personal.
