COULD be..
You could just go get a $40 400W PSU to test and see if it makes a difference..

I've had incidents where my mobo slowly died, and swapping out the PSU fixed it (twice)..
But remember these are the cheap-arse PSUs, lol

Well, since I removed the daughter card, it has died and rebooted itself maybe twice, and has been up since I posted the last message...

Well, it eventually did start back rebooting, so I got smart and decided to lower my vcore voltage on my CPU 2 notches, from 1.65 to 1.60...Running stable @ stock so far, so I guess this does mean my PSU is gone, eh..?

Well, sounds its going to die soon.. slowly mind you though..

Oh well, a cheap PSU should last you until you can get Achillies
(also, i'd try and fix this issue ASAP, seeing as it can seriously damage your mobo - trust me, I'd know)

i do not want to insult your intelligence, b ut have you checked the fans/heatsinks in the PSU? I have always been amazed at the shit that comes flying out of my fanless PSU when I blast it with canned air, with forced indection it could only get worse.

any harddrives you unplug or disable will reduce the drain on the psu and require not as much output, thereby reducing heat, voltage fluctuations etc.

PSU's can be poorly built a lot of the time, I had one case, where inside the PSU, a capacitor had blown its cap completetly!

If its over 3 years old as you said, you may aswell open it and have a good look inside - also clean up some of that dust (dust is a conductor, remember that)

Well, as seen by my lack of being online, my PC is powering on, but not posting...I have noticed that a couple of my case fans that are lit are very dim...I'm about to go in and take the PSU out, clean it a bit, but I don't think that'll help...And I most certainly am not going to open it, I don't want to fix it THAT badly...

I think I'm gonna clean it, see if it posts, if it doesn't, I'm going to Circut City and pulling an old switch-a-roo...

Well...

I dismounted my PSU today...Every issue I have been having is pointing towards an eventual PSU failure...The untraceable RAM errors, random shutdowns, overheating, etc...

Although it would seemingly contradict my technical background, I didn't think that a build up of dust would cause it to eventually fail...But my Antec has two fans on it, and has been in some pretty dusty spots...I can literally pick dust up off of it and roll it up in my fingers in some places...The inside of my PSU is covered in dust...

Why I never would think it was an issue though, is because I know several lesser PC's that have probably NEVER been cleaned, and them shits still working...And before canned air was something I had to worry about, I used to get it from my homeboy for free, I kept my system pretty dusted, so it's not like it hasn't been cleaned before...I think that what I'm going to do is instead of investing 10 bucks into a bunch of canned air, I'm gonna take my PSU to a service station and run a compressor over it...Shit, at this point, it can't hurt it I don't think...

Turns out, it may still be under warranty...So, I'll have Antec RMA it, and if that's what it is, I'll be safe and sound for another couple of weeks, probably before the reprocussions of a bad PSU come biting me in the ass...
