the research vehicle is CARAVAN, in a shared cost survey by Opinion Research Corporation.
it is telephone survey that uses duplicative results (i.e. calls the same people about the same isses) and samples every gender and race equally, but not every region.
most of their major polling efforts are in majorly liberal cities.
Liberals pay liberals money that liberal politicians allocate to study liberals to support liberal confindence that MAYBE WE HAVE A CHANCE THIS TIME, which is what the liberals in the media are trying to report daily.
How many conservatives would bother with a phone survey. most of us are at work.

Kramer, not if the UN is running an active 'Oil for Food' program in the country we want to blow up, the same could be said to Russia and China when Iran is the topic of the day. Russia and China's program is a little different, it's 'Nuke knowledge for Oil' program.
