Seems to be, if its kicking ass...
I gotta admit, it doesn't ever seem like AMD will beat Intel...I am an AMD fan for sure, but just when it looks like they are gonna finally establish themselves as the the most affordable, if not the best chip, Intel stunts them out...Now, they have lowered their prices AND took back the performance crown, again, and AMD doesn't seem to have any plan to counter this...
Intel just seems to have more technological firepower, and they never show all their cards...I read that they have so many features that are already on chips, but they don't unlock it...HyperThreading, in fact, I believe was on Celeron 3 chips, well before they came out on The P4's...

I'd also like to mention, the conroe leveled an overclocked FX-60 in that review on anandtech...And are gearing to drop a quad core, first of next year...
