The fact that I'm not excited about this means I may have already decided to go Intel next go round...

I think I just saw a porcine airborn creature.

Yep, just received confirmation that the remainder of the NHL playoffs will be taking place in Hell.

Man, what is going on!?

LoL...

I don't know man...It just seems that Intel is always one step ahead of AMD...I live in fear now, that I'll overpay for an AMD chip, and somewhere, somebody with an Intel chip is laughing their ass off...You gotta admit, that article I posted in the other thread about the Intel chip that hit 4 Ghz is pretty impressive...And if they can OC a $130 that much...What about a $300 one..? Or the $1000..? AMD's strong points have always been affordability and computing power...But Intel is threatening to take that away as well with their aggressive price cuts while they are increasing technology....Their new chip, @ stock speeds, beat an OVERCLOCKED top of the line AMD system by 20% across all tests...Intel has never done that, and they have done it now so impressively...Anf if you know Intel, you know that they NEVER show all their cards...So, if that test is what they are showing, damn, what are they hiding..?

yeah, but what about supporting AMD because they are the underdog!?

That article...Is why I am so against mainstream computer buying...Completely neglecting AMD chips in favor of Intel, not based on performance, but by $...Inexcuseable...

And @ emanon...I do enough underdog pulling, LoL...That's why we are still on an phpBB... /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

personally i've always used intel processors... never really given AMD a chance... intel always seems to have a better processor on the market...

the price issue doesn't really bother me much... you get what you pay for... i'll stick with my "intel inside"
