I love the College World Series. My local team (Oregon State) is the only team returning from last year's CWS. It's gonna be great watching them. College baseball is so much more exciting to watch and that takes a lot for me to say since I'm the avid baseball fan. I'll try and find a bracket to post on here for ya Ty.

This is where we are at now. This is a couple days old so we already know some of the teams that are going to play in the CWS.
Georgia Tech, Clemson, Oregon State, Cal State Fullerton, Rice, and North Carolina has already advanced.
We are waiting for the Miami/Ole Miss and the South Carolina/Georgia game. Both are tied at 1 game a piece and both play later today

Yea that game was intense. I enjoyed every minute of it. The SC/Georgia game was good also. Georgia's bats just kept going and SC's pitching just couldn't get under control to stop them.
World Series games start Friday so I'll try and watch as many games as possible and let everyone know what's going on with the teams. One last thing....GO OREGON STATE!!!

Here is an update of games and scores:
Clemson beat Georgia Tech yesterday 8-4
North Carolina beat Cal State Fullerton 7-5 in 13 innings yesterday
(as LG said, this game was great to watch. Intense in the end of the 9 and extra innings are always exciting)
Rice beat Georgia 6-4 today.
(another great game. I was switching between this and the USA/Italy game. Rice always comes to the CWS with a good team)
Oregon State is playing Miami at 4 pm (PST).
The next round has Clemson playing North Carolina and Rice playing the winner of OSU/Miami.
GT plays CSF in the consolation with Georgia playing loser of OSU/Miami in consolation
