After aggressive displays of new proposed military equipment in time for consideration of the GOP upscale budget, and after the successful strike against the late Al Qaeda leader, democrats, feeling pressure to address the military question rallied behind Senator John "I regret everything I ever did" Kerry D-Vietnam to develop an appropriate response to the threat of the new Leader, who assures us the "Brotherhood" is stronger than ever. Senator John "Vietnam" Kerry spent six months refining a military strategy to be deployed as what he refers to as a "New Fresh Response To the Inevitable Conquering of all Nations and People by Islamic Extremists". "The time has come, he said, to realize we must have a uniform strategy for surrender implemented from the lowliest private to the loftiest General. That way they won't hurt us too bad. I was in Vietnam, and WE SHOULD HAVE HAD THIS TRAINING!!"
