dear looking for electronic music. if you like the Matrix *weird stuff*, here:

autocre (albums can be expensive and hard to find)

squarepusher (4x4 on the floor galore. like 180+ tempo NUTS!)

if you want good techno-g0th with lyrics I heartily reccomend VNV Nation (Victory Not Vegence). 5+ albums deep and still bringing it solid on a thought/heart heavy tip. some of their stuff is slow and atmospheric, but they have a real presence that is conveyed in their music, live and recorded.

Darkangel

In your dream you see me clear
I have no restraint, no fear
Powerless I watched from faces I'd assumed.
My purpose set. My will defined.
Caress the air.
Embrace the skies.
Escape the sorrow and restraint of mortal cities.

Give me time I will be clear.
Given time you'll understand
What possesses me to right what you have suffered.
I'm in this mood because of scorn.
I'm in a mood for total war.
To the darkened skies once more and ever onward.

So many years I stood among the thoughts
and tears of those I served.
Among my own I was alone through my own doing.
All the years I walked unknown
behind the faces I assumed.
Powerless to clear your mind of what you'd suffered.

They fall again.
They fall again.

Give me time I will be clear.
Given time you'll understand
What possesses me to right what you have suffered.
I'm in this mood because of scorn.
I'm in a mood for total war.
To the darkened skies once more and ever onward.
There is no faith in which to hide.
Even truth is filled with lies.
Doubting angels fall to walk among the living.
I'm in this mood because of scorn.
I'm in a mood for total war.
To the darkened skies once more and ever onward.

I'd only come here seeking peace.
I'd only come here seeking me.

It seems I came to leave.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions Raum !!!

I've already tried VNV nation andreally, goth stuff isn't for me. I just like up beat (not ecstasy stuff /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />) nice motivating music....

And when I'm talking about "motivation", I'm not talking about aerobics class /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

I'll post some "Juno Reactor" for you. Who is Juno Reactor and where have you heard their music, you might ask....
Their remix of Traci Lords' song "Control" as an instrumental was featured on the soundtrack for the Mortal Kombat movie. They returned for the sequel Mortal Kombat Annihilation with tracks like "Conga Fury". Later, the group, in collaboration with Don Davis, had a number of tracks featured on the soundtracks for the Matrix series of films (most notably the famous freeway chase scene in The Matrix Reloaded, which featured "Mona Lisa Overdrive", as well as the Animatrix, which featured the track, "Masters Of The Universe" on the segment, "Kid's Story" and "Conga Fury" on the segment, "Final Flight of the Osiris" ). Their single "Guardian Angel" was featured as the opening theme of the anime series Texhnolyze. "Guardian Angel" was also featured in the movie Drive starring Mark Dacascos and Kadeem Hardison. Other Juno Reactor tracks appear on movies such as Eraser, Virtuosity, Lost In Space, the Romeo + Juliet trailer, Beowulf and even Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Juno Reactor soundtracks have also been played during baseball, basketball, and gridiron football games, the Japanese Grand Prix, and appear on the PlayStation 2 games Jet Moto 3 and Frequency, as well as the Xbox game Mad Dash Racing. Juno Reactor also scored the entirety of the Mark of Kri game.

In the game Final Fantasy VII, there is a device called a Mako reactor in a place called Junon; thus, it is referred to as the Junon Reactor. It is unclear whether this was a deliberate reference. [In the original Japanese version of the game, the reactor was referred to as Junon Kaitei Makouro, or Junon Underwater Mako Reactor.]

This is what I have on my laptop.

This, I believe, covers all the tracks from at least 2 of the CDs in his collection.
