Can't tax a profession that isn't legal, can you..? Are they finally about to make pimping legal..? Awesome, America really is great...I bet that in a years time, dude gets uncovered in a pimp/gangsta/trick/ho scandal...It's always these guys it happens to...

What he is saying, is a person who is convicted of a crime should have their criminal gains taxed to reflect the strain on the government to enforce law, and to compensate the damage done to the economy.

I fully agree. A coke lord in the poke made millions. Tax that shit HEAVY. and give me a tax cut. That is a greater incentive to stay clean than anything. Make every drug dealer or pimp in prison pay 60% in taxes. we'll buy back the deficit in a few months.

I know in some places they just charge prisoners "rent". This rent being relative to what the criminal can pay. Pretty fair if you ask me.

If you TAX a coke lord, then you ACCEPT the legitimate of their "profession" !!! OR, in other words, when you accept crime money, you are a accomplice!!!
For crying out loud, you CANNOT tax ILLEGAL activities, because they SHOULDN'T BE.

Now, confiscation is a totally diferent issue for which I'm all in(like, confiscate all the illegal money and donate it somewhere), butt(SHAKIRA!/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />) taxing is not something that can exist in illegal activities. And also, for crying out loud, prostitution should be legalized EVERYWHERE and prostitues should be REGISTERED and medically TESTED (kinda something like what they do to cars where they force the owners to have a paper by the state every X years -depending on the age of the vehicle- that certifies that the vehicle is ... worthy to be around). That is the ONLY way to reduce trafficing.
Same goes for strippers. I can't believe some of the laws over there for strippers... Really.
