Gonna play the blame game, eh? Sorry. Doesn't work in Israel.
Israel attacked Palestine because Palestine attacked Israel because Israel attacked Palestine because Palestine attacked Israel because Israel attacked Palestine because Palestine attacked Israel... Anyone else have a headache?
Edit: This is from the headline I was talking about earlier: Israel sends tanks into Lebanon after Hezbollah attack We could be headed for another war... or at least another buffer zone.

blame game?!? you make it sound like a video game buddy. it is not.
answer me honestly: You are indeed correct with these breaches of the cease-fire. What were the reasons they did so? Did they ever take initiative to breach it without reason or were these breaches consequently a reaction to something the Israelis did?
fact is: Hamas has observed prolonged cease-fires more than once! I am still waiting for an answer to "where did Israel in the last 5 years?"

I dont have a problem with some one defending the palistinian peaple but to say hamas is the same thing as the palistinians is confussing.Hamas is a hate group like alqiata or skinheads. They creat there base of power by demonizing a group of people and brain washing young minds into believing said group is subhuman or doesnt deserve to exist. The humas nich of power in palistinian politics is the extreme view that isrial should not exist.Arafat claimed to want peace(mabey he did in later years) and used hamas to do the dirty work when ever he wanted to creat presure. As hamas became more powerful with a big enough following they started to desrupt negotiations with bombings when ever those talks started getting some where...why?.Becouse there existance relies on a hatred towards isrial to keep its base in tacked.Peace with isrial means a lessoning of there powers.Negotiations could be handled much better by arafat or today by abbas.Once you have started a group based on hatred its hard to suddenly start being rational. It was easy to be a fringe hate group but now there in power and responsible for all negotiations... i just cant see it working.
Lets also remember isrial makes its desisions based on the fact they are ringed by hostel countries that want them in the sea.Now it has border problems from another direction from another fringe group that another country claims not to have control over.If you had some nuts in this country firing rockets into canada they would be arrested and put away.
Palistine needs to relize they lost a war and isrial has 1000 times the military power it does. They need to take the ghandie approuch and do the peaceful dissobedient stuff.Prove they want peace and embarese isrial into helping them creat a country of there own.Im sure under those condition the world would put presure on isrial to negotiate. If they had taken that approch to begin with mabey isrial would not have had the time to build all of those settlements.Come to think of it mabey isrial would not feel the need to have buffer zones and extra land if people had not tried to push them out to sea.

they need to take the ghandie approuch and do the peaceful dissobedient stuff... and yadda-yadda-yadda...
again I ask:
(1) HOW EXACTLY IS A CEASE-FIRE NOT PEACEFUL TO YOU?!
(2) WHERE IN THE LAST 5 YEARS HAS ISRAEL OBSERVED A SUSPENSION OF ITS HOSTILE ACTIVITIES?

The fact that you keep asking that question proves you don't understand the situation. Give it up!
Israel's cabinet authoried a severe response, and they weren't kidding when they said severe. Israeli aircraft bombed the Beirut International Airport...
Israeli jets hit Beirut airport

the fact that you refuse to answer proves more than the fact that i keep on asking it chapski. I know the answer: they have not. Not even when the States were all hot with the roadmap to peace in June 2003. NOT even then!
@hl: why do they need to change before you discuss. the aim of (some) discussion(s) is looking for a answer to your differences. with Hamas having observed regular cease-fires - which only get responded with more aggression from Israel - should give Israel enough incentive to negotiate.

Brains, check out the time lines that I have posted, they cover every single attack from the first century to the present day.
Your question has been answered many times, maybe it's time for you to actually read our posts before claiming that we aren't answering them.

Don't waste your time, Buff. I'm done with him.
Latest headline...
Two rockets fired from Lebanon strike the northern Israeli port of Haifa, the Israeli military said, as the crisis over the abduction of two Israeli soldiers deepens. The firing came hours after Israeli warplanes bombed Beirut's international airport and its navy began a blockade of Lebanon's ports.
