What a great career he's had. It'll be sad to see him retire

Damn. Guy had a lot of injuries problem his last few years. Probably a good thing he's retiring, he's still young, only 37. Anyone know if he has a family?

Yea, he has a family. It's tough to see him retire because of those injuries. But when he was with the Chargers he was amazing. Tough to see him go...

Now it is coming out that Seau may come out of retirement to play with the Patriots. Three days after announcing his retirement, Junior Seau appears to be on the verge of signing with the Patriots. On Monday, Seau cited his major reason for retiring was because he wasn't with a contender that wanted him. Well, that all changed rather quickly. He will fly to Massachusetts later tonight and could sign a deal by the end of the week. With Tedy Bruschi sidelined with a wrist injury, Seau is expected to plug a major hole at middle linebacker.

How fast an attitude can change eh.

Unless he retired so that he could play for the Patriots...

That defense is not what it once was. They have a shot at the Super Bowl only if the rest of the NFL dies in a horrible plane accident. They will back into the playoffs.
