Well, I use MPlayer with Linux, when I view the source, I get the mov file http://images.apple.com/movies/paramoun ... -h.ref.mov, which opens the real movie http://images.apple.com/movies/paramoun ... l_h480.mov

Dunno if that helps..

That's exactly what i wanted. Thanks a lot! I tried d/ling off of that first link before - as it was the link that those firefox extensions gave me - and all I got was a 4kb file which is hardly a video file size.

I'd like to ask how you got that second link? Because when i checked the source code of the page before, all i could find was that first link, same as what the firefox extensions gave me.

I appreciate the help.

Absolutely no idea.. lol
Here's a screenshot of what I got though when I tried to view the 4KB file in Firefox..

Notice the 'real' movie location identified in the loading screen..
You can also rightclick and select Copy Movie Location to get the same URL..

That's weird. I can't get that 'real' movie location at all when I view the 4KB file in firefox nor do I have the option of "Copy Movie Location" when I right-click. Do you think you have an extension or add-on that lets you view the URL for the 'real' video?

Oh, well. Thanks a lot for your help though.

try opening the 4kb file in notepad, it is likely just a redirector that will have the real url contained in plain text ready for a copy and paste into your dl manager of choice

Well, I tried to open it with notepad and wordpad and they both showed a bunch of symbols and text that didn't make sense. I'd copy and paste it but it won't paste for some reason.

The only comprehensible text in there is "url ... (symbols) ... babel_h480.mov" which I recognize from that second link that who.am.i got.

Now I can't help but think that I'm only missing something - some kind of software or extension or file - that let who.am.i view that 'real url' either in notepad or (preferably) in firefox.

Thanks emanon. I'm getting closer and closer... lol

Dude, why is everyone taking the hard route..? All this loading text files and what not..? LoL...This is eeeeeasy to get by...

Install Quick time...Register it as the Pro version...Right click on the movie window...Save as quicktime movie...

Thass it..! All there is to it..! Nothing fancy required, there is a link to QT 6 and 7 on this site, one of which includes the registration info already...
