then answering kramer: how does a piss-poor militant get a hold of a nuke? then again: supposing he indeed has acquired one, is capable of launching it, does not mind the blast radius which easily goes from SD aaaaalllll the way up to the Tijuana area and does not give a toss about the nuclear fall-out affecting a very large part of his country and the mexican citizens he is fighting for. what would brains do? hmmm.... how about: bomb him into a fine mixture of organic molecules - even if he is in a civil area. the death toll would be lower see?!
