Gaining weight
All right... I seriously need to start gaining weight... I'll be 21 next month and I weigh about 120-125 pounds. I need to gain weight like a motherfucker. lol
I gained a ton during my last two years of high school, but I haven't really gained any since then. My high school was in the worst spot if you were a fat kid... lol Within walking distance we had... McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, Swish Chalet, Harvey's, Pizza Pizza, Burger King, Taco Bell... lol
Unfortunately I don't really have the money to buy fast food everyday anymore...
So, anyone know how I can gain some weight fast? I'm not really interested in building muscle... that'll come later. Right now I just need to put on some weight. I'd like to at least reach 135 pounds.

Turn 30 and you'll be wishing for these "good old days". I was in your same situation in HS. I didn't break 100 lbs until I was a Jr. I was around 115 at graduation. I'm now at 185 lbs and trying to get back down to around 165 lbs. I really started gaining weight when I hit 30 or so. The 40s have added even more poundage.
May I ask WHY you want to gain weight? I know I did at your age, and would have killed to weigh more, but going about it the wrong way is just as bad or worse than not getting it. I suggest you ask your family doctor about healthy, safe ways to gain it. It'll probably be slower, but you'll feel better doing it.

I just wanna gain weight, man. I've been out of high school 3 years now and haven't really gained a pound... If you see me, you'll realize just how skinny I am... that's usually one of the first things people notice. I'm fuckin' scrawny, man. lol I've got no interest in becoming fat... lol I'd just like to have a little meat on my bones.
I think I will call my doctor... I wanna do it "naturally." I don't wanna be taking any powders, pills, shakes or anything like that, you know?

Eat some high protein meals. Eat tons of calories man. I wish Aemeth was available to tell you since he's a nutrition expert. He was trying to do the same thing and he just ate tons of calories. I don't know exactly how many calories he ate but he had about 6 meals a day with some huge snacks in between. That's gonna be your best bet

man, i thought u drink a lot. that ought to make u gain weight. /:D" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt=":D" /> especially if u got a lot of nice food to go with ur drink.
maybe u should also examine ur eating habits. don't skip meals. and maybe add an extra serving of whatever it is u like to eat. of course the best bet is to consult a doctor, but that would add to ur expenses. (...less beer money /:D" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt=":D" />); unless u have a doctor friend who could give u free medical advice. lol

You don't have to eat 6 big meals... thats for losing weight (6 small meals that is). I would eat more pastas and breads if you just want to add a couple of pounds so you don't look like a shaved bird when you get naked.

i gained bout 30kgs in the last 3-4 yrs since i started to work in an office....
get an office job is my recommendation... all u do all day is sit in front of a pc n then go eat burgers n bbq chickens for lunch...
if u dont gain weight then u r 1 lucky son of a bi.........

Yeah man, I think everyone here is only interested in giving you fucked ways to gain weight, LoL...
Start working out man, muscle is naturally heaver than fat, and toning up will do WONDERS for you bro...You haven't exactly come across ot me as the gym rat type, but if you decied to start working out, and toning your body, when you're my age you'll be glad that you did man...
Working out, getting toned, that shit fucking does WONDERS for your confidence man..I was always a chunky kinda dude, but when I started boxing...Shit, I had muscles..! Fucking girls were everywhere...Hahaha....And even though I am a fat ass now, I dont' look absolutely horrible...Or so I don't think...
Fuck this shit man, I can't get fat, I gotta go on a diet...I'm almost 240 I think...That's about 15 more than I'd like to be at my height...
But anyway, you can start by doing some pushups man, nothing big, just something to get your body used to the fact that you'll be working out, grab a pal, and do some workouts twice a week...Most people think you have to work out a ton to get in shape, that's just not true...30-45 minutes in the gym lifting and such, with a daily routine of pushups sit ups and such, will have you primed to get into some good shape...
