so, harrassment can consists of any gesture that one can consider annoying.
well, any dumbass can then claim that he was annoyed when someone esle looked in his direction and go to court. and worse, some dumbass lawyer is gonna represent this dumbass.
that's plain STUPID! they should be put alone in an island with no one else to "annoy" them.
i wonder if someone reading this would get annoyed and sue me ?!? :shock:

Refer back to the Lotto ticket thread... ANYONE can sue for ANYTHING as long as they have the money. And, whats worse, is they win more than they lose... thats why they keep sueing. Liberalsim is great eh!!!
