Oh goody...it looks like we're gonna go into another war
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Well, it's about goddamn time the U.S. does something. We've all seen how useless the U.N. is. And as long as Russia and China both hold veto powers, we'll remain in a stalemate. I hope my country follows suit.

EU says giving Iran two more weeks

The U.S. needs to do three things now...

1. Skip this bullshit meeting on Sept 7.
2. Start slapping sanctions on Iran
3. Get its allies to do the same.

For one thing, brains, the longer the reactor remains in production, the longer Iran will have to produce weapons grade material. Let me ask you... do YOU want Iran to have a nuclear weapon capability? Do you want a government with known ties to terrorism to be creating weapons grade uranium non-stop for over two weeks?

I think an "accident" will probably take care of matters for the world personally. You know how some of these people tend to skimp on safety measures, so it wouldn't surprise me if that plant just spontaneously blew up.

Brains, I'm going to tell you the same thing everyone told Ruffrider. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't post.

It's clear that you don't quite understand the situation with Iran. What DD said is true, and I'd like to add a little.

You can't have Iran calling the shots, which is what's happening right now. The U.N. gave Iran a deadline and said that if they failed to meet the deadline, there'd be talk of sanctions.

The deadline has passed and nothing has happened. Instead, Iran said fuck you, and the EU said, Ok.
