1. the whole sweat shop thing aint my thing.

2. I ABHOR Mac-Culture. iPod, Mac,.. all of it. Most people "into Macs" are pretty self-absorbed.

3. Mac designs look like what would happen if the brush artists from the jetson's suffered massive head trauma.

4. Less than 15% of the programs i like to use work on macs

5. Their mouse is useless for my purposes. but the mouse is pretty useless for my purposes, in general. yay tablet!

6. beyond that it really matters what model...

Yes, you can go to any computer store and get the almost exact controller you use for your PS2 or Xbox. Controller from Best Buy

Ok raum fair enough (although I see what you mean with the self-absorbed thing, it is not a given by any means, especially outside the US.)

Thanks ruff, I appreciate you getting that link for me that's cool...But um, any help on how to emulate my ps2 games..?

Google search results

Try there. You can do a search and find the emulators. You can get a mac emulator for your PC... stands a reason you could get a PC emulator for you mac and then run the PC emulator on top of that.

I stand by my word, and the words of many mac owners, if you are not doing extreme graphics, art, or video, you should probably have gotten a PC...The move to Intel recently should have somewhat clued you in...But, what we think, isn't important, if you like it, we love it...But for all purposes of being practicle, that's nothing that Mac and do a well built and maintained PC can't, and probably at half the cost...Most good Macs I've seen start at about 2 Stacks, for that much I'd build a PC that would put that shit to shame...

But the Mac displays are probably second to none...

Keep us posted on what you come up with...

It's just so much easier...I mean I can get any youtube video in about 15 seconds without a browser window open via the dashboard..I love the hot corners...things just seem to make more sense...Anyway I will see what I can do tonight regarding emulators, thanks again ruff.

I think the whole idea was to spend as little money as possible.
