Here is a poll done by SI. They polled tons of NFL players to find out who the most overrated player is. Do you agree or disagree with their findings?

Terrell Owens, Cowboys.....10%
Brian Urlacher, Bears.....8%
Ray Lewis, Ravens.....7%
Michael Vick, Falcons.....7%
Eli Manning, Giants.....4%
Keyshawn Johnson, Panthers.....4%
Peyton Manning, Colts.....4%
Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers.....3%
Charles Woodson, Packers.....3%
Warren Sapp, Raiders.....3%

Disagree...and I will E-Slap the FUCK out of anyone here who votes for Urlacher...

dude had 25 tackles against the cardinals...and as far as I know...has some sort of forced turnover in each of the last 3 games....he's a beast...and my vote for league MVP (not just defense...which he should win hands down)

Roethilisberger I definitely think is overrated...what a piss poor game he had against the Raiders...Warren Sapp..I though you had to be considered really talented to be overrated?

Charles Woodson...he plays for the Packers now....so I guess we'll never know.

Peyton isn't overrated I don't feel....

Keyshawn.....again with the players who used to be considered great....you have to be rated highly now days to be overrated....

Eli is on his way....

Vick is finally getting some done with his arm...he's going to be a scary player soon...

Ray Lewis is getting older....but he's still a beast

and Owens is probably a tad overrated....

EDIT: I voted Big Ben

Nice rundown LG...

As far as Ben goes, this is what, his 3rd year..? Most QB's are just now getting their feet wet, I can't really say he's overrated, he plays like a talented, but 3rd year rated player to me...

Agreed, any talk of Urlacher not being God on defense might get banned, at least warned, lol...

I"m going to go with Vick...Unlike other skill players, QB's have their hands on the ball every play, regardless...What they do with it is paramount to their teams success, even if its handing it off most the time...

Vick has been overrated since college, I think we've talked about this before...Yes, he is a gifted athlete, but when you can do the things he does, and it not mean ultimate success for your team, that is overrated to me...

Defensive guys don't have a stat that says "Not fucked with" to evaluate their prowness...You may have a guy getting picks left and right, but a GREAT corner don't have shit thrown his way period...Alot of those guys on that list have played beyond the time frame of being overrated...

Ray Lewis, Warren Sapp, Keyshawn, those guys are on the other side of their career, I don't see how overrated applies to them...

I will call T.O. overrated the minute I see him stop catching touchdowns...He runs good routes, has great hands, and is supreme shape...I think Randy Moss would have been a better fit here...

Big Ben just happened to be the quarterback of a team with an awesome running attack and a hunger to win. In the NFL, the quarterbacks job is to NOT LOSE the game. He was great at just managing the game and not making stupid throws. Now, he's seemingly bought into the hype of him being an "elite" QB and he simply isn't that. He can't win games with his arm and he should stop trying. It all started this past winter when the Steelers won the Super Bowl in spite of his poor play. He's no phenom.

Peyton can actually win games with his skills and is like having a coach on the field. If he's overrated, I'm Ronald McDonald.

T.O. is an asshole, but all he does is produce.

Sounds like a bunch of NFL players have hater syndrome.

you know, I don't think Ben is over rated because he is what he is.....a serviceable QB. I really haven't heard to many people claiming him as the second coming of Johnny U. He did win a Superbowl, but so did Doug Williams, Mark Rypian and Jeff Hostetler and none of them were "over rated" they were merely part of the team.

IMO, the most overated player on that list must be Charles Woodson.....dude came out of college and you'd swear, based on the press, that nobody would have ever scored on him. I can remeber the comparisons to Deion BEFORE the fucking guy ever covered his first NFL receiver. He had a nice year or two with Oakland
but I recall a couple of times when a washed up Brett Perriman looked like an all-pro against his ass when Oakland played the Chiefs.

Now poor Woodson has drifted off into obscurity in Green Bay.........

I would have to say Chad Johnson. If he was as talented as his mouth is, he would be the best offensive player in the NFL.

I don't think that Payton should be considered over-rated. The man is a field general. He knows what has to be done and he does it time and time again. If he is over-rated then he is an over-rated first ballot hall of famer.

I don't even think Chad Johnson is overrated. He usually produces. Last year he led the NFL in yards and TD's. That's not overrated
