Holy shit E! That's fucking fast!
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Soren Kierkegaard

that was the general reaction of the police officer too. He did not see my logic in that it was a nice day, good visibility, dry conditions, no one around, fairly straight road with gentle curves, and me just having a little fun. He was "nice" enough to write the ticket for 88 instead of 104 though, what a swell gesture eh?

Damn emanon, you have pretty much hijacked this thread with your damn speeding!

"Heh." ( I put that inquotes cuz it's yours, but i think it is funny)

Tell you what though, I was doing nearly 100 today and it didn't feel like anything. I picked me up a nice little A4 a few weeks ago with the 1.8T and it 'makes' me doing things I wouldn't normally do!

See, I've been thinking hard about getting a new car or truck next year, and so far, the only things I like are things that go fast, lol...

I test drove a Dodge Ram SRT-10... 22" Rims...180 on the dash...It will burn out going 40 MPH...

Runs on 93 Octane fuels + Octane boost additive and gets a whopping 9/12 miles per gallon...Basically, I'll be passing everything on the highway except the gas station, lol...

I also have a love affair w/the new Charger, but I think that's been well documented here...I really don't know what I want to get to be honest, I want something 4WD tho I think...

Yeah, sorry I have hijacked this thread Deepak...

What a frickin coincidence iMNO, I am lookin at that same car! How long have you had your A4 and what year is it?

I need to get out of this 350Z before the snow starts flying; RWD with a light rear end and 285HP is not so good when things get slippery, even with the BS traction control!

I am also looking at a 2002 TT American LeMans Series Edition. I test drove it yesterday and it was a fun little car, and with the quattro I can drive it year round!

Anyone in warmer climes in the market for an '03 350Z with new tires, brakes and just over 28K miles?

lol all good E.

I have known to speed as well. Still got my turbo powered subaru so do take it for a good spin at times.

The max speed I have reached so far is 190k's on the motor way , where the speed limit is 100k .
