Cop angry about Jail pizza football party

Sorry about the title. I couldn't think of anything creative.

Anyway, cops just mad that the inmates are having a pizza party for a football game. This really reminds me of school sometimes because some teachers are anal over chewing gum or drinking water. It's just pizza, damn.
