Instructions: Extract the Cicada.exe to the directory of your choice...Using a command window (start > run > cmd) navigate to that directory and run the program by typing its name at the prompt...Once you do that, you will be asked in input your RS.de username and password, and from there, it will read your accounts files...When it is finished, it will ask you to name the file you want to save, and will do so in the same directory in which the program resides...You can then open the file in any text editor and view your links...
