what if?

what if 666 was actually 999? what if all the pieces and answers we were looking for were right infornt of us and unbelievably simple?

Now i'm no scholar and I barely remember my phone number sometimes but the other day I was online looking up information about 2012 and the mayan calendar and I came across a timeline that someone did and it had the series of events that are "assumed" to take place in december of 2012. it was three nine day intervals with a major astrological event to happen on the nineth day of each interval. the suns magnetic poles will change, the earths will change its axis and all the planets will be alligned with the milky way. The mayans did have 9 day weeks and served a god for each day of the week for the nine planets. Basically what I am trying to say is what if 666 was used as a representation of things to happen and not actually the symbol for the anti christ, but a mynipulated symbol for the end of time. I like to call it a hyper-extended lie. what if this reality was like our dreams, the objects in our dreams are to be used as symbols and not literally so why cant the opposite be true in the waking life

Just like the name jesus christ was used as a symbol of government in the old days (and if i said that wrong my bad but you know what i mean) why cant anti christ be the exact opposite today and if so I know exactly who that is and I'll keep that name to myself, and its not george w. bush. I have more to say but I just want to be cautious in my approach with this subject matter

I have read about the 2012 theory, and done a bit of research on it...But you hit the nail on the head, as we've talked about before...What if the translations ARE wrong, and the things we are thinking are merely smoke and mirrors for something else...

I don't think that I've ever read a reason for the 2012 calendar being the way it was (that made good sense, anyways) in the first place....

But more importantly, I'm sure that its a part of human DNA, something in our minds...Could be just our ego, that wants us to feel and believe in things like the end of the world...The world is not so different now, that we can say for certain...I"m sure, that several parts of history will show similar sentiments among the masses...

Collectively, as living organisms connected in symbiosis, 'the force' if you will, we know that we cannont continue to exist whilst we kill our planet...I think that this is the primary drive for things like the end of the world and similar talk...

Perhaps the Mayans were not implying something otherworldly, they were just smarter than we give them credit...Perhaps they simply observed their own situation...They looked at history from a then and now standpoint, and charted natural progression...

Perhaps it was a simple, "100 years ago we walked through brush, 50 years ago we walked on paths, 25 years ago we rode horses, 25 years from now they'll have carriages, 50 years from then they'll have bikes," and so forth...There is alot of ancient math we still don't understand, and by math being the universal language, perhaps they were reading things we haven't touched yet...

I have already told you people, the number so named in the oldest known record fragments of The Apocalypse (Oxyrhynchus Papyri) is Six Hundred and Sixteen. Chi Iota Stigma = hexakosiai deka hex 616, not Six Hundred Threescore and Six.

The connections between Six and Nine are Pseudo-Philosophical Deductive Reasoning. The Shapes of the these are "incidental", and their connection is more connected as such:

Three is to One, as Six is to Two, and Nine is to Three.

Comparing the greek Stigma (6) and Theta (9), the Hebrew Vau (6) and Teth (9), the Roman VI and IX.

even the mayan __.__ (Six) and . . . . (Nine)

or even the original Indian-Arabic numerals bear only a serial simularity.

see thats what i mean about being complicated. i understand about 83% of what you just said and or say, but the reason why I named this thread, "what if," is just thatk, what if. I am only using the numbers as symbols and clues nothing definant because if I did I would be hipocritical of my own posting, what if.....

If we agree on that one then the real question is WHY is it there.
BTW, there are the theories about the 3 years we skipped, so 2012 could be 2009.
