I just watched Running with Scissors this week. I highly recommend it. This was one of the first movies in forever that just had me clueless. Wait, clueless in a good way :-)

just watched it on friday night. seems to me like it couldn't figure out if it wanted to be a comedy or a serious flick.

but, it was pretty good....fecked up...but pretty good.

and annette benning was pretty awesome.

I agree. It was back and forth on the comedy serious thing, but you just cant have expectations when you watch it. I loved it.

I thought it was tripe.

For those of you who want a spoiler, gay boy gets adopted by the family of the eccentric shrink that is treating his mom (who is a closet lesbian) after her divorce. The therapists family are full blown bat-sh!t crazy, and everyone takes pills and psychobabbles. then I turn it off... and don't see the rest.

Little Miss Sunshine is WAY better.
