I™m from the UK and the crap spilling out from this is ridiculous I don't care either way but at least to see someone facing the consequence of their actions, I™m sick and tired of these celebrities doing something wrong and then issuing a shitty insincere apology and getting away with it.

...as much as I would love to see Imus tied down and anally raped with a hot curling iron, the answer would have to be "no, he shouldn't be fired". As stated before, our Constitution protects our right of free speech whether you're Al Sharpton or 50 Cent...

...and by the way, South Park did a poignant satire of the Michael Richards fiasco a couple months ago when Stan's dad used the "N" word. Given all the Imus fallout, I'd look for the Comedy Channel to re-run it...

We still have free speech....Stop crying out about the constitution...notice the government and police didn't step in and assess their own punishment...

While you're allowed to say whatever you want....when you're an employee...you're professionally limited to saying things that wont embarrass the entity you're working for. Now are you really limited? No...free speech grants you the right to say whatever you want.....but if you're retarded enough to go around spoutin off hateful and derogatory things....then don't be surprised if the next course of action is your release.

But the biggest point I have to make.....dude is quite possibly the ugliest person I've ever seen. He should be most upset not that he lost his job....but that all them pics of him were being shown all over the place.....holy fuck that dude is ugly.

I found on another blog

n an interview with CBS, Senator and Presidential hopeful Barack Obama, called for the firing of talk show host Don Imus: "He didn't just cross the line," Obama said. "He fed into some of the worst stereotypes that my two young daughters are having to deal with today in America. The notions that as young African-American women ” who I hope will be athletes ” that that somehow makes them less beautiful or less important. It was a degrading comment. It's one that I'm not interested in supporting."

Pretty strong words from Barack Obama, he really does seem like a man of strong conviction. It has been said that a man is only as good as his word.

Now Barack Obama and rapper Ludacris met in Chicago last year, in private, to discuss what Barack Obama called, *lighting the way for the nation's youth*. And how does Ludacris *light the way for America's youth?*

By singing engaging and beautiful ballads celebrating black culture and empowering strong women.

Like, take Ludacris' song,*Ho*, for instance:
Cant turn a ho into a housewife
Hos dont act right
Theres hos on a mission, an hoes on a crackpipe
Hey ho how ya doin, where ya been?
Prolly doin ho stuff cuz there you ho again
Its a ho wide world, that we livin in
feline, feminine, fantastical, women
Not all, just some
You ho who you are
Theres hoes in tha room, theres hoes in tha car
theres hoes on stage, theres hoes by tha bar
hos by near, an hos by far
Ho! (But can i getta ride?!)
NO! (Cmon, nigga why?!)
Cuz youza

(chorus 2x)

(Ludacris)
You gotta run in your pantyhos
Even your daddy knows
that you suckin down chocolate like daddy-o's
You hos are horrible, horrendous
On taxes ya'll writin off hos as dependents
I see tha ho risin
it aint surprisin
its just a hoasis
with ugly chicks faces
but hos dont feel so sad and blue
cuz most of us niggaz is hos too

(Ho)
Muthafuckas im so tiired of yall niggaz always talkin
bout hos this, hos that, you tha muthafuckin ho nigga
I wasnt no ho last night

(Pimp)
Ho, bring yo ass!

So what does that say about Obama and Ludacris??
OR A man is known by the company he keeps.

Like its been said....

Rappers have the right of way, because radio pays them to play that bullshit...They have the option to never let that stuff come out of the airwaves....If they choose to play it, that's them...Rappers represent themselves...

But if you work for MSNBC, you can't just run up and say the word 'Ho', and definitely not call a pack of women nappy headed ho's...If it were me, I wouldn't jokingly call a pack of women period, nappy headed hos...Let alone on respected network...

If he wouldn't have said it to their faces, he shouldn't have said it on the air...And you know he wouldn't have said it to their faces, cause one of them chicks probably would have put his old ass in the pedigree...

He wasn't on MadTV...He wasn't on AYHJA Forums...He was making millions on MSNBC...That means you watch what you say...
