First of all:
Why should I have to start all over again? It is not my fault that the forum crashed and thereby made my previous username/password unusable.

Secondly:
With my current username I have not got the permission to read the pinned files in the stacks, and the general help section (http://www.ayhja.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=231&t=20277) does not tell me excactly what it takes for me to regain the access to the stacks with my new username.

That's exactly why you'll continue to see that message...If you want to know something, and are too slow to read the help section, or maybe even post a question there, or pay attention to the mass PM's or emails we send, the last thing you want to do is spam the site and then act like we owe you something...

Seems to me like it says the answer is there in plain English...It basically says, 'Post' if you want the cliff notes version...Not fucking spam the site trying to get access...If you want to be a member, be one...Otherwise, don't bother...
