New Laptop

So, I got a beast of a laptop when my other one turned out to be a lemon. They made me miss a semester of a class i had to have a laptop registered for, so I got a heckuva upgrade.

2G RAM (can be scaled to 4G)
17"HD Screen
HD DVD R/W
1.3 MP webcam
Intel Pro Duo


What do I need on it?

That's one of the laptops I was looking at before I bought the one I have now...The full sized number pad is def. a plus...

I tried to call you yesterday. It was this or a sony,.. but the sony appeared to be outclassed. It was "more comfortable" in size, but seemed to be almost featureless. Toshiba never done me wrong.

BTW: How do I change my password on the forum.

Hopefully, now I got a machine that don't belong to my work again, I can be a bit more active on the forum.

Sorry I missed your call, no telling what I was doing...But I'm surely glad you didn't buy that Sony, I haven't heard anything positive about those machines...

To change your pass:

User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Account Settings

That's great man. I think I would have been able to get that if I had gotten an iMac. None of those HD options are available for macbook pros yet :(.
